RENUMERATION Strategy:
We work with our business partners/clients always on basis of independent advisory.
This means that for Real Estate cases we will receive no compensation from financial institutions.
For that reason you pay for our service/advise and we need to agree prior with you as to the fee payment structure.
Our compensation can be based on 3 transparent options:
- Start and Success Fee or
- on basis of an hourly declaration or
- a fixed Fee
This way you will always be fully aware of our compensation
